The Campuses Montgomery College (MC) has three conveniently located campuses, as well as off-campus sites and a Workforce Development & Continuing Education (WD & CE) division, all in Montgomery County. The Rockville Campus is the largest MC campus. It offers approximately 14, 000 students more than 6,000 courses in more than 40 curricula. The programs are supported by a physical plant that has 18 buildings that are accessible and well-appointed, with a convenient community center that welcomes public service events and offers a kaleidoscope of cultural and artistic activities. The Takoma Park Campus is located at the edge of Washington, D.C., the College's oldest campus, is home to more than 4,500 students. It offers programs in information science, mathematics, nursing, fine arts, and the sciences. This campus and its urban community are working cooperatively to expand facilities, services, and programs to meet fast-changing business and community health needs. The Germantown Campus, the newest of the three campuses, serves more than 4,000 full-and part-time day, evening, and weekend students. It offers programs in high technology and science and mathematics, humanities and social sciences, physical education, and applied sciences. The Workforce Development & Continuing Education division offers a wide range of credit and non-credit educational offerings. WD & CE offers more than 1,500 courses, including high-quality non-credit courses in more than 20 program areas, and selected credit courses offered through a variety of off-campus locations, telecourses, two-way interactive locations, and online courses.
