Department Chair, Department of Macromolecular Science & Engineering, Case Western Reserve University

The Department of Macromolecular Science & Engineering at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is soliciting applications for candidates with demonstrated excellence in research and teaching and strong leadership skills who will serve as tenured Professor and Chair of the Department, reporting to the Dean of Engineering. The successful candidate will help develop and lead the strategic plans for The Department of Macromolecular Science & Engineering (, founded 54 years ago, and home for 14 faculty, and over 200 B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. students, operating in a research intensive, but highly collegial team. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Polymer Science/Engineering.
