Lecturer - General Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry at the University of Florida invites applications for a 12-month full-time, open rank (Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Master Lecturer) non-tenure track position to begin August 16, 2018. The appointment is in the area of General Chemistry. In addition to classroom teaching, responsibilities related to this position may include operation of a general chemistry teaching laboratory, electronic course management, course curriculum development, and online course development and teaching. The rank will be commensurable with the candidate credentials and experience.
Applicants are expected to have a PhD in Chemistry or a closely-related field, and demonstrable expertise in teaching at the University level.
