Tenure Track Position in Experimental Organic Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at UT Arlington seeks applications to fill a tenure track position at either the Assistant or Associate Professor level beginning Fall 2019.  Candidates must have a PhD in Organic Chemistry or a closely related area and post-doctoral experience. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate a commitment to diversity and equity in education through their scholarship, teaching, and/or service. We are deeply committed to increasing diversity and especially encourage applications from women and minority scholars.

 Applicants are also expected to initiate and maintain a funded research program and teach graduate and undergraduate organic chemistry.  All areas of experimental organic chemistry will be considered, but those addressing Health and the Human Condition are preferred.
