To support its research strategy, the Food Science & Technology Department at the NRC is seeking a:
Food Chemist & Bioactive Specialist
who will work within the Bioactives & Micronutrients group.
Main responsibilities: - To manage R&D projects in the area of bioactives and micronutrients. - To develop proprietary natural bioactives relevant to our key consumer benefit areas. - To support projects in other NRC departments, R&D Centers as an expert in bioactives. - To generate new ideas in the applications of bioactives and translate them into innovative concepts.
