Texas Christian University (TCU) seeks to fill a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level within the broadly-defined field of inorganic chemistry (including organometallic, bio-inorganic, and materials chemistry). We seek an individual with a PhD in chemistry (or closely aligned field) with interdisciplinary research interests that complement those of the current faculty and who is qualified and interested in teaching both general chemistry and advanced courses. Located in Fort Worth, Texas, TCU is a private, liberal arts institution with an enrollment of about 10,000 and a faculty dedicated to excellence in research and teaching. The department offers the Ph.D., MS, and BS degrees, is housed in newly renovated labs, and is well-equipped, particularly with new XRD, NMR, and TEM instrumentation.
