Dougan & Associates was founded in Houston, Texas in 1985 and has successfully served the international energy industry since that date. Dave has recruited executive and technical staff for the industry for over 30 years, has placed hundreds of staff in all disciplines, and has visited most of the worldwide petroleum basins. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Petroleum Geologists, and the American Association of Professional Landmen.
