About Miami University
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Miami University currently has 23 full-time faculty members on the Oxford Campus, 3 full-time members on the Middletown Campus, and 1 full-time faculty member on the Hamilton Campus. On the Oxford Campus, the Department is housed in Hughes Laboratories where some 80,000 square feet of space are available for teaching and research. The University's Science Library is housed in the west wing of Hughes. The Department offers the B.S., the A.B., the M.S., and the Ph.D. degrees.
