The university of Toronto is one of the oldest and largest universities in Canada, with over 50,000 students over three campuses. UofT offers undergraduate, graduate, and professional degrees in a wide variety of disciplines, and it is one of the premier research institutions in Canada. The main campus, St. George, is in the heart of downtown Toronto. Most of the chemistry department is located on the St. George campus, in the Lash Miller building and the new Davenport building.
