The Colorado School of Mines offers Master of Science, Master of Engineering, Doctor of Philosophy, and professional degrees with an enrollment of approximately 800 graduate students from around the world. With a graduate student-to-faculty ratio of just over 4 to 1, CSM offers a personalized education unavailable at other universities. Our reputation and high admission standards give our graduates an edge in the job market - 95% of our graduate students are successfully placed by graduation. The graduate and research program in chemical engineering at CSM is extremely diverse and features programs in combustion, materials science (including electronic materials, membranes, polymers and colloids), transport processes, theoretical and applied thermodynamics, computer modeling, computational methods and atomistic simulation and fuels science.
