Cottey alumna report one thing in common--the ability to shape their destiny based on the intellectual motivation and excellent academic preparation that results from the Cottey experience. Strong emphasis on science with outstanding science facilities and equipment. Each spring the entire second-eyar class travels to a major European cultural cetner (London, Paris, Madrid, Rome, Florence); the trip is paid for by the College with very little additional cost to the student. Undergraduate research, internships, service learning, learning communities, and volunteer work encouraged. A close knit community with a focus on preparing women to be learners, leaders, and citizens in our global society.
