Postdoctoral Faculty Fellow
The Department of Chemistry at Boston University invites applications from outstanding candidates for Teaching and Research Postdoctoral Faculty Fellowship (PFF) appointments starting as early as August 1, 2017. This innovative program is designed for recent Ph.D. recipients planning to pursue academic careers of teaching and research at four-year institutions. Of particular interest are candidates capable of supporting freshman General Chemistry, as well as Biological, and Physical/Analytical Chemistry. Initial appointments are full-time and for two years, with duties divided between teaching and research. The instructional component will involve guided experiences in teaching undergraduate courses and contributing to implementing innovative teaching methodologies. Research will be conducted in affiliation with a faculty research group.
