The Zhang Lab at the University of North Carolina Greensboro is focusing on proteomics and lipidomics, and applications of these mass spectrometry-based omics technologies to human disease research, in particular to diabetes and liver diseases. We are looking for two self-motivated Postdoctoral Researchers to work on mass spectrometry-based proteomics projects, including development of sensitive targeted proteomics methods for comprehensive quantification of disease biomarkers and identification of protein post-translational modifications. Both positions are funding-secured. Exceptional candidates will also be considered at Research Scientist level.
Salary: $47,500/year or commensurate with experience
