The Department of Chemistry in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami seeks applicants for a tenure-track appointment at the level of Assistant – Associate Professor in the general area of Chemical Neuroscience starting in the 2018-19 academic year. The ideal candidate should be able to integrate his/her research activities with existing faculty in both the Department of Chemistry and the broader Neuroscience Program at the University of Miami including the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
Minimal qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry and significant postdoctoral experience. To be considered at the Associate Professor level, the candidate must have independent teaching and research experience.
