Assistant Professor of Physical Chemistry, Tenure-Track
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Mount Union invites applicants for a tenure-track position in Physical Chemistry to begin August 1, 2018. Teaching responsibilities include courses in physical chemistry and general chemistry, with the possibility of teaching environmental chemistry and chemistry for non-majors. The successful candidate will also be expected to mentor undergraduate research projects and develop a research program involving undergraduates.
Ph.D. in physical chemistry, or a closely related field. Candidates will be expected to have completed their Ph.D. by the time the position is available.
