Visiting Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry
The Macalester College Chemistry Department invites applications for a one-year sabbatical replacement position to begin September 1, 2018. Applicants should have a Ph.D. or ABD in organic chemistry or a closely related field. This full-time position will involve teaching organic chemistry labs, general chemistry labs, and an advanced elective course in the applicant’s area of expertise. The position comes with full-time benefits and professional development funds. The Chemistry Department is ACS-approved, committed to excellence in teaching and research, and has seven tenured/tenure-track faculty members.
