Assistant Professors, Department of Macromolecular Science & Engineering
The Department of Macromolecular Science & Engineering at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) is soliciting applications multiple faculty positions for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 academic years at the rank of assistant professor. All areas of polymer science & engineering will be considered, but candidates working in areas of: applications of computational techniques and polymer theory, responsive and multifunctional soft materials, mechanics, and related areas of polymer engineering and physics are especially encouraged to apply. Candidates should possess a Ph.D. or equivalent in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, Polymer Science/Engineering, or a closely-related field. Applications should include a cover letter, full CV, concise statements of research (4 pages) and teaching (1 page), and a list of at least three individuals who can be contacted for letters of recommendation.
