The chemistry department at Lafayette College seeks applications for a full-time, tenure track assistant professor position to begin in July 2019. We seek an individual who will teach courses in introductory chemistry and in upper level courses, with preference to candidates qualified to contribute to teaching analytical, or biological, or physical chemistry, or interdisciplinary areas among these. Successful candidates are expected to develop an active experimental research program involving undergraduate students especially in the areas noted above. A Ph.D. degree is required, and postdoctoral and teaching experience is preferred.
