Assistant Professor in Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The University of Texas at Tyler invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Chemistry position beginning Fall 2019. A Ph.D. in any sub-discipline of chemistry is required with knowledge of fermentation science. Postdoctoral and/or fermentation experience is preferred. The successful applicant must demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate level and to establishing a vigorous externally funded research program involving undergraduate and graduate students.
