The Graduate Center of The City University of New York (CUNY) seeks outstanding candidates for its Ph.D. programs in Biochemistry and Chemistry for fall 2019 admission. The Graduate Center, located in the heart of Manhattan, is a leading graduate school and an integral part of CUNY — the nation’s largest urban university.
The Graduate Center offers a collaborative and diverse research environment with a wide range of opportunities in hundreds of labs and state-of-the art facilities throughout New York City. In addition to laboratories at seven CUNY campuses, research sites include the new Advanced Science Research Center (http://www.asrc.cuny.edu/) and the Weill-Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan. We offer specialized tracks in Nanoscience and Molecular Biophysics.
All students receive a CUNY Science Scholarship ($30,000 stipend, tuition waiver, five years of health insurance) as well as parental accommodation, professional development, and dedicated career counseling.
