The Department of Chemistry at the University of Florida invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, renewable, non-tenure track Lecturer position to begin August 16, 2019. The appointment is in the area of Bioorganic and Biochemistry. The successful candidate should hold a PhD in Chemistry, or a closely-related field, and have demonstrable expertise in teaching at the University level. Responsibilities related to this position will include primarily assisting with an undergraduate laboratory in biochemistry and molecular biology. Additional responsibilities may include course curriculum development, electronic course management, online course development and teaching, and advisement of undergraduate students.
