The University of Missouri is making a major investment in Translational Precision Medicine, including a new facility designed to bring together scientists from Life Science, Medicine, Engineering and Veternary Medicine. As part of this initiative, we are seeking to fill multiple tenure track positions in medicinal chemistry, nanomaterials, nano-medicine, chemical biology or radiopharmaceutical science. We anticipate the positions being filled at the associate or full professor level and the positions may be joint with other units on campus. Successful candidates will have an established internationally recongonized program in a medically-related field of chemistry and materials with a vision of translating discoveries to the clinic.

Qualifications: Applicants should have an earned a PhD in a relevant area as stated above. Applications are particularly encouraged from those conducting research at the intersection of medicinal chemistry, radiopharmaceuticals, and nanomaterials development/drug delivery systems. Applicants whose skills and research interests are close to these areas will be given full consideration.
