Assistant Professor of Analytical Chemistry
The ACS-accredited Department of Chemistry at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina, seeks applicants for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin August 12, 2019. We seek a broadly trained scientist who is passionate about teaching chemistry at all levels of the curriculum, with preference to candidates qualified to teach analytical chemistry. Additionally, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the college’s new general education program.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related discipline by the time of appointment, commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching, involving undergraduates in research, and service.
