ASSOCIATE LECTURER POSITION IN CHEMISTRY.  The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry in the College of Science and Health at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is establishing a pool of candidates for Instructional Academic Staff (IAS) appointments at the Associate Lecturer level to teach courses primarily in General, Organic, and Analytical Chemistry.  Full-time appointments are for one academic year (2019-2020) and may be renewed, depending upon program needs.  The minimum requirements are a Master's degree (or equivalent) in chemistry, along with prior teaching experience.  (Persons with an earned Ph.D. degree may teach both lecture and laboratory offerings.)  This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain additional experience at a top-rated public primarily undergraduate institution (PUI) and would provide valuable training in a supportive environment for those interested in pursuing academic careers.  We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.  Completed applicant files will be reviewed on a first-come-first-served basis until the position is filled.  Special Instructions: To apply, candidates should submit a cover letter detailing their interests in teaching, current CV, unofficial undergraduate and graduate transcripts, and the names and contact information for 2 professional references through the UWL HR recruitment portal: https://employment.uwlax.edu/pools/9010
