Duties: Conduct quality control test and manage research & development projects. Evaluate laboratory safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards or make improvement as needed. Develop or issue recommendations to customize cosmetics products and formulas based on research and development contributions. Oversee Chemist and Laboratory Technicians on status and outcome of test solutions and process of color cosmetics and skin care formulation. Provide technical expertise.  Approve introduction of new raw materials. Perform routine analytic and physical tests to determine process and equipment operation efficiency. Bachelor's in Chemistry or Pharmacy, or foreign equivalent, and Master of Science or its equivalent in Cosmetic Science or Chemistry, or its equivalent is required.
