The Chemistry Department at Dartmouth College seeks to hire an organic chemist who is an accomplished and committed educator to teach the first term of sophomore organic chemistry in Fall 2019 (Sept 16 – Nov 27). The course covers material in the first half of the 9th Edition of McMurry’s textbook Organic Chemistry. The position does not have responsibility for the laboratory portion of the course. Other chemistry teaching and research opportunities may be possible during the 2019-20 academic year.
