Instrument Laboratory Manager
Saint Louis University, a Catholic Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning, research, health care, and service seeks applicants for a 12-month Instrument Laboratory Manager staff position that is to start as soon as July 1, 2019. The primary duty of this position is to support the teaching and research instrumentation in the department (maintenance, operation, and training). Instrumentation includes a 400 MHz NMR, SEM, GC/MS, LC/MS, ICP, and various other instrumentation. In addition, the position also maintains the departmental storeroom and orders all gases and cryogens in the department. Minimal qualification is a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related discipline, but an advanced degree is preferred.
