Job Details

The Department of Chemistry in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Miami seeks applicants for a tenure-track appointment at an open rank level (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor) in the field of polymer chemistry, broadly defined, starting in the 2020-21 academic year. The ideal candidate should be able to integrate his/her research activities with existing faculty in the Department of Chemistry and other interdisciplinary research programs such as Neuroscience and Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at the University of Miami.

Minimal qualifications include a Ph.D. in chemistry and significant postdoctoral experience. To be considered at advanced levels, the candidate must have independent teaching and research experience.
