Description Auriga Polymers Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Indorama Ventures PLC is seeking an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join our PET Resin Business team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with demonstrated capabilities. A successful individual in this role must have strong sales, marketing and negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.   This position would be located in Charlotte, NC.  Title would be determined by experience.  

Responsibilities/Job Requirements: Identify and develop new customers in US / Canada region Sustain rapport with key accounts through regular meetings and identifying and meeting their needs. Formulate plans for establishing long term relationships with customers and position Indorama as a preferred supplier Study the industry dynamics and competitive landscape and develop strategies suitably to increase sustainable market share. Assist the business in decision making and strategy development by providing regular market intelligence. Proactively identify and recommend new products and product opportunities.  Work with manufacturing, customer service, supply chain and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with laws and regulations and company policies.

Requirements: Education Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline is required. In addition to this requirement, an advanced degree in Business Administration is preferred.  

Minimum Work Experience and Skills Required:

At least 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience in PET Resins or related industry.

Demonstrated and successful negotiation and excellent (written and verbal) communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Willingness and ability to travel (50%)

Self-driven and ability to deliver results with limited supervision
