The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy Division of Pharmaceutical Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the ranks of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the area of Drug Delivery. Appointment as Associate Professor or full Professor will require candidate’s credentials to meet criteria for tenure and rank at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The Division is seeking outstanding candidates who possess a strong background in drug delivery, advanced materials, nanomedicine, or PK/PD. These fields complement existing strengths in the School and campus-wide translational research in drug development in various diseases.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, chemical or biomedical engineering, materials science and engineering, or a related field and have a distinguished academic and research record consistent with faculty rank.  A minimum of one year of postdoctoral experience in a research program that pertains to the study of drug delivery, materials science, nanomedicine, pharmaceutical sciences, or related areas.

This faculty member will be encouraged to develop collaborative research on campus, including projects with a newly established center (Wisconsin Center for NanoBioSystems or WisCNano), closely interacting with the center faculty members and students.  For more information about WisCNano, visit: https://pharmacy.wisc.edu/wiscnano/
