Tufts University supports and encourages a culture of interdisciplinary research and there are numerous such opportunities within the School of Engineering, the School of Arts and Sciences, and through graduate and professional schools.

Qualifications

Required qualifications include graduate-level preparation in a STEM field; an earned doctorate in that field, the learning sciences, or a related area; and a promising research trajectory. Responsibilities include the pursuit of a program of scholarly research in STEM Education; teaching undergraduate courses in their disciplinary field (Chemistry, Engineering, or Computer Science); teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the learning sciences; and advising students.
