Chemistry Instructor/Lecturer – Biochemistry and Organic

Louisiana Tech University invites applications for an instructor or lecturer position in Chemistry. The hire will have expertise in biochemistry and organic chemistry, especially in teaching laboratory sections. The position includes setting up and teaching labs, maintenance and care of laboratory instrumentation, and associated tasks. The position may include teaching lectures in general, biochemistry, or organic chemistry.

Instructor candidates must have earned a Master’s degree in chemistry or a closely related field. Lecturer candidates must have an earned doctorate in chemistry or a closely related field. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, have strong teaching skills, display a commitment to high-quality professional service, and will actively participate in college responsibilities.
