Tenure Track Faculty position in Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry at The University of Texas at San Antonio (https://chemistry.utsa.edu) invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position beginning fall 2020. Candidates from all subdisciplines of chemistry are welcome to apply especially those with expertise in Biochemistry or Physical Chemistry.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biochemistry or a related field with postdoctoral experience desirable. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, (1) scholarly activities entailing the development of a robust, externally funded research program, (2) teaching courses to a diverse student body at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and (3) participation in institutional service activities.
