The School of Natural and Computational Sciences (SNCS) is a large multi-disciplinary research and teaching unit within the College of Sciences at Massey University, Auckland. The School is composed of Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Statistics, and Computer Science. The Chemistry discipline is currently expanding its BSc major in Chemistry and requires additional staff.

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Chemistry team, you will be expected to pursue independent research, develop collaborations with Researchers across the School and the rwider community; make significant contributions to the School's research excellence; attract major research grants; and teach at multiple levels in general chemistry as may be required.

To be successful in appointment you will have previously published research and demonstrate the academic credibility to support in the development of the BSc Chemistry major at the Auckland campus whilst teaching into the full range of undergraduate and postgraduate papers within your specialisation to support in the development of the BSc Chemistry major at the Auckland campus, and teach into the full range of undergraduate and postgraduate papers.
