Postdoctoral Scholar

The School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio is hiring a Postdoctoral Scholar in the field of Medicinal Chemistry.  This Scholar will be mentored by Prof. Drew Adams (www.drewadamslab.com), whose training spans organic synthesis, chemical biology, and neurodegenerative disease.  The Scholar will work within an interdisciplinary team to optimize validated small-molecule leads targeting neurodegenerative diseases.  This position is an excellent opportunity to expand organic chemistry problem solving and creativity in the context of a novel therapeutics-focused project. No experience beyond the PhD is expected, but chemists with varying levels of experience will be considered.  Applicants should provide a Curriculum Vitae and nominate three individuals who can provide a letter of reference.
