Assistant Professor of Chemistry

The Department of Chemistry at the University of Washington invites applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track appointment at the Assistant Professor level to start in September 2021. Outstanding candidates in all areas of chemistry and interdisciplinary fields involving chemistry will be considered. University of Washington faculty members engage in teaching, research, and service. Successful candidates will be expected to participate in undergraduate and graduate teaching and to develop innovative, externally funded research programs. The Department seeks to attract and promote a diverse workforce to maintain and enhance the excellence of the University.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in chemistry or a related field by date of appointment.
