Lecturer-Division of Pharmacy Education and Innovation

Position Description:

The Division of Pharmacy Education and Innovation at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time (12-month) Lecturer. This non-tenure-track position predominantly involves undergraduate teaching/mentoring effort in biochemistry and pharmaceutical science coursework in the college’s state-of-the-art Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree program.

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must have a doctoral degree in Medicinal Chemistry, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related biomedical/pharmaceutical science. All eligible candidates will have demonstrated teaching experience and a commitment to pedagogies that engage and maximize student learning. Additionally, the candidate must be able and comfortable to teach as a primary instructor or within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Individuals with previous experience in teaching undergraduate biochemistry content are particularly encouraged to apply.
