VISITING PROFESSOR POSITIONS IN CHEMISTRY

W.M. KECK SCIENCE DEPARTMENT

CLAREMONT MCKENNA, PITZER, AND SCRIPPS COLLEGES

The Chemistry Program of Claremont McKenna, Pitzer, and Scripps Colleges seeks to hire multiple visiting professor positions to begin August 2021. Successful candidates will be able to teach in the general chemistry sequence and/or the organic chemistry sequence, and opportunities to teach upper-division courses and a physical/analytical laboratory are also possibilities, as is directing undergraduate research projects. These positions are full-time and are one-year appointments with the potential for renewal. Rank will be either Visiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Professor, depending on experience. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in chemistry and prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.
