The Department of Chemistry at Northern Michigan University invites applications for an Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry. This is a campus-based, one-year term position at the rank of Instructor to begin in August 2021. The Department of Chemistry has 18 full-time faculty and offers undergraduate degrees in ACS-certified chemistry, biochemistry, forensic biochemistry, and medicinal plant chemistry. Other assignments are possible based on the expertise of the applicant including general chemistry lecture or instrumental analysis.  PH.D. in analytical chemistry or closely related field.
