The Department of Chemistry at Oregon State University invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor in organic chemistry. The starting date of the position is September 16, 2022. Areas of interest involve synthetic organic chemistry, broadly defined.

The OSU Department of Chemistry provides undergraduate and graduate programs in chemistry and conducts research and scholarly activities focused on areas of chemistry important to human health, materials and the environment. The department offers PhD and MS degrees in Chemistry and has approximately 225 undergraduate and 110 graduate majors.
This position will be located in the modern Linus Pauling Science Center on the Corvallis campus.
