Job Responsibilities
-Ensures a safe work environment for all staffs. Maintains safe and adequate storage of chemicals,
solvents,reference substances,consumables,media and microorganism cultures,and spare parts. Ensures adequate controls for a reliable system
-Leads the Quality Control department following the principles of Lead & Learn , coaches and develops employees, and performs employee development reviews utilizing the MAG system
-Ensures that quality control of all starting materials,packing materials,intermediates,semi finished and finished products, and the analysis for complaint samples.
-Assures that all required sampling and tests are conducted, the retention samples are managed
properly,the adequate validation or verification for analytical methods are fulfilled, the analytical transfers for new products, the stability studies for products are implemented.
-Ensures that the environmental and facility monitoring is performed
- Be responsible for the premises and equipment used  for quality control and ensures that the premises are  suitable for the intended use including testing
equipment qualification.
-Be responsible for establishing the necessary documentation such as SOPs, testing specifications,  Stability studies, analytical transfers and related
validation and or qualification in the department and keeping them updated

Qualifications 
-Degree: At least bachelor, better master
-Major: Pharm related
-Good knowledge of applicable GMP
-Familiar with related China regulations 
-Good team player 
-Good leading people skill 
-Good organizing and communication ability
-Strong leadership 
-Sense of urgency, precision and reliability
-Willing to learn and open to new ideas
-Be able to work under pressure
-Language skills & proficiency: Fluent verbal and written English
-Required experience: Better having working experience in MNC
-Years of leadership experience: at least 3 years management experience
