Tenure-Track Assistant Professor of Analytical Chemistry
The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry to begin August 2022. A PhD in Chemistry is required. Successful candidates will be prepared to teach General Chemistry courses, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, and upper-level courses. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in professional development and service to the university as well as the community.
Pitt-Greensburg values candidates with a commitment to undergraduate teaching, experience in working with diverse groups, and the ability to involve undergraduates in research. The application package should include a letter of application, a current curriculum vitae, a description of teaching accomplishments and philosophy, a statement of research, research plans involving undergraduates, graduate and undergraduate transcripts, and letters of recommendation from three professional references (include their names and contact information in your CV).
