Research Post Doc - Department of Chemistry
Syracuse University’s Department of Chemistry invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher with experience in the synthesis and characterization of active and adaptable synthetic materials. The research will entail synthetic chemistry, polymer chemistry, and soft-matter characterization. Additional experience with manipulation of air-sensitive compounds using Schlenk-line, soft-matter characterization using scattering (DLS, SLS) and microscopy (TEM, SEM) are desirable. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. in chemistry, materials science, or closely related field with excellent communications skills.
