INORGANIC or PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY.

Ripon College invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level starting August 2022. A Ph.D. in inorganic or physical chemistry or a related area is required. A dedication to teaching undergraduates and to establishing a vigorous collaborative undergraduate research program with some external support is essential. Teaching duties will include advanced general chemistry, intermediate inorganic or physical chemistry courses, interdisciplinary courses consistent with areas of expertise, and active participation in courses serving Ripon's novel Catalyst core curriculum. Departmental instrumentation includes LC/MS, GC/MS, 300 MHz NMR, FTIR, digital polarimetry with campus wide spectroscopic and molecular biology instrumentation available. 

Applicants should submit an application letter, CV, academic transcripts, statement of teaching philosophy, research proposal, and three letters of recommendation to chemistrysearch@ripon.edu. Review of applications will begin February 15, 2022 and will continue until the position is filled.
