Summary

We are currently seeking highly motivated postdoctoral fellows in Biochemistry and/or Molecular Biology to work in our laboratory at the http://clinicalpharmstl.org/, a joint venture between Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis - Department of Anesthesiology and the St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

The candidate will use biochemistry techniques to assist with structure function studies of nuclear hormone receptors. The position is currently funded by grants from the National Institute of Health and presents outstanding opportunities to collaborate with other faculty members at University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in Saint Louis and Washington University School of Medicine. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with computational chemists and learn new skills in molecular modeling, molecular simulations, and computer-based drug discovery.

Qualifications

Do you have?

• Successful candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in life sciences with a special emphasis on protein expression and protein biochemistry, and/or cell biology.

• Applicants should also be highly self-motivated

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
