The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry invites applications for a nontenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Teaching Professor to start as early as August 15, 2022 or when filled. Candidates with a PhD in experimental physical or analytical chemistry will be considered and are expected to have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching.

The successful candidate will teach both lecture and laboratory courses in introductory chemistry, physical chemistry and analytical chemistry. The successful candidate may be expected to contribute to the advising of undergraduate chemistry majors and to other departmental and university service.

Salary range:  $52,000 - $57,000
