A Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry, Biophysical Chemistry, or a related field, or ABD status is required, as is evidence of excellent teaching and a commitment to undergraduate research. Post-doctoral experience is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Physical Chemistry and our Introductory Chemistry sequence on a regular basis. Start-up funds are available.

The Colleges are located in a small diverse city in the Finger Lakes region of New York State. With an enrollment of approximately 1,700, the Colleges provide a rigorous curriculum from which students choose two areas of concentration from a wide array of majors and minors, and offer three Master’s programs. Creative and extensive programs of international study and public service are also at the core of the Colleges’ mission.
