Job Details

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Notre Dame expects to fill a tenure-track or tenured position in the broad areas of biochemistry, molecular biology, or synthetic biology. However, we will consider outstanding candidates in all areas of chemistry, biochemistry, and their interface, and we welcome exceptional candidates at all ranks. Candidates should provide a cover letter, curriculum vitae, detailed research plan, teaching philosophy and interests statement, and a summary of their plans and commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive scientific environment. Candidates at the assistant professor level should arrange for the submission of at least three letters of recommendation; senior candidates may apply in confidence.
