CHEMICAL AND BIOMOLECULAR ENGINEERING

FACULTY POSITIONS

The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is seeking multiple candidates for open-area, full-time faculty positions. Applications for tenure-track/tenured faculty positions at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level are welcome, in all areas related to chemical and biomolecular engineering. Faculty members in the department teach undergraduate and graduate level courses and are expected to initiate and sustain a vigorous research program. An earned Ph.D. in chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, applied math, biotechnology, chemical technology, or related field is required. Applicants must have a record of publication indicative of an associate/full professor or evidence of a promising research agenda indicative of appointments as assistant professor.
