The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Florida State University seeks to fill a tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Inorganic Chemistry. Applicants pursuing research in inorganic chemistry at the interfaces with other disciplines are especially encouraged to apply. The interdisciplinary areas of interest include but are not limited to organometallic chemistry, environmental chemistry, catalysis, biochemistry, nuclear chemistry, spectroscopy, quantum science, and theory development. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an internationally recognized and externally supported research program in addition to teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses.
